Our services include Valuation of all assets, leasing and sales of landed assets, property and facilities management, project management, feasibility and viability appraisals of property investments, facilitating Joint venture [JV] and Special Purpose Vehicles [SPV] for development projects, property advisory, and research among others.
Our principal partner retired from public service as the Director of Estates at Lagos State Development Property Company L.S.D.P.C. to spearhead the company for the 21st century. While at L.S.D.P.C., he was part of the team responsible for developing a number low-cost and medium-income housing estates at Ikoyi, Agege, Ogba, Ogudu, Amowu-Odofin, to name a few.
He has been the National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well the Secretary General of the association of Housing and Corporation of Nigeria.
