While at L.S.D.P.C., he was part of the team responsible for developing a number low-cost and medium-income housing estates at Ikoyi, Agege, Ogba, Ogudu, Amowu-Odofin, to name a few. He has been the National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well the Secretary General of the association of Housing and Corporation of Nigeria.
