Mixed-use Land in Old GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers

Old GRA is a neighborhood situated in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria. It was called the European quarters in the colonian era, as it was a place of residence for the Europeans. The neighborhood houses the House of Assembly, the People's Democratic Party Secretariat and the NEPAD Rivers State Secretariat. Other notable places in the area include: the Port Harcourt Golf Club, the Port Harcourt Club Complex and the numerous shopping malls and supermarkets in the area.
