Mixed-use Land in Elelenwo, Port Harcourt, Rivers

Elelenwo is a primarily residential neighborhood and former village with minor commercial hubs located within the Obio-Akpor local government area in the metropolis of Port Harcourt. The neighborhood is home to a number of state owned media establishments including, Rivers State Television (RSTV) and Radio Rivers. It is bound in the south by Eleme (beyond which is Okirika Island), in the west by Ogigba and Woji (beyond which is Trans Amadi), in the north by Oil Mil Market, (beyond which is Rumukurushe), and in the east by Iriebe, (beyond which lies the Oyigbo local governmental area).
