Formed in 2008 by Chief Nwankwo Tochukwu, Managing Partner, Buck Torres acquires real estate based upon its profit-making potential. At the present time the group's portfolio includes small apartment buildings, mixed use buildings and one to three family homes.
The managing partners Nwankwo Tochukwu Samuel and Teddy Ugwu have over 9 years of combined real estate investment and management experience and have collectively completed more than 300 million Naira worth of urban real estate transactions. Mr. Nwankwo Tochukwu and Mr. Teddy joined forces in 2010 to pursue an urban investment strategy along the northeast corridor that seeks to add value by leveraging local economic anchors to further stimulate and rejuvenate areas with upside potential. As an urban developer and manager of residential, mixed use and retail properties, we have successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight of the Abuja and Enugu markets. Buck Torres applies its knowledge of the market and neighborhood trends to identify and acquire real estate in areas that have substantial upside appreciation potential post acquisition and development.
