Obomese Global Properties was established as a firm by the Corporate Affairs Commission on 4th of march 2016 to provide the following services. Sales, Letting/Leasing, Purchasing and Estate Agency, Management, Project Management. The management team is made up of experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers having been in active practice of the profession for several years. For instance, the principal Partner, Mr. Justus Gabriel Imafidon, a probationer Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has practiced the profession in the firm of Oyom & Co. Estate Surveyors and Valuers for over five years. Our style of practice ensures that a careful balance is maintained between sympathetic responsiveness to our client's needs and the highest professional standards of independence and objectivity. Particular emphasis is placed both by partners, associates and other professionals on obtaining an understanding of client problems and becoming involved in their solution. In many instances, our involvement does not cease with the submission of recommendations and their acceptance but we also involve ourselves in implementations.
