note that the project is already designed, approved at the development control of federal capital development administration fcda, and project already commenced but stopped for financial issues. there will be no need changing of project plan.
we need *capable financiers/ investors with proof of fund of at least #50billion naira* to take the project to reasonable stages for the offtakers. the estate for *build and sell* to nigerian workers and many other general public individuals.
