For quick letting We have to let a unit of very neat 3 Bedroom Land mark: discerning corporate tenant/tenant from organized private sector. Individual with sound repute may be considered. Details : 1: Rent is N7m p a. 2: Current service charge deposit N950,000 p.a. 3: Caution deposit N750,000 4: Professional fee 20% N1,400,000 Total = N9,850,000 Inspection fee 15k The cost of generator operation (diesel procurement and related expenses for service) are contributed under separate account by all tenants under our direct guidance and supervision to ensure all meet the commitments as unanimously agreed for operation at scheduled hours. As follows; 6am to 8am week days 6pm to 10pm week days 11am to 2pm weekends 6pm to 10pm weekends. (The generator operation and or realignment of hours are purely based on common and prevailing interest of the tenants). Other vital conditions are; 1. we do not allow independent generator in the premises 2. we do not permit tenant to sublet the rear ensuite bedroom (strictly for personal use please). 3. commercial business operation as serviced apartment is not allowed. 4. Placement of wall paper is not allowed 5. Placement of solar panels on roof top is not allowed for obvious reasons. However, tenant can consider same on car sheds within the premises.
