Demand is every property search run in a browser on Nigeria Property Centre between 17 Sep to 20 Sep 2026, counted once per search per visit, with searches by reference number left out; searches began being recorded this way on 17 September 2026 and nothing earlier is used. Supply is the listings live at the end of that period that were published, priced as a whole property in NGN and at or above the same price floor the quarterly market report applies. An area is published only with at least 100 searches and 20 live listings; a typical budget needs at least 50 searches that stated one. Figures are refreshed nightly.
No individual search or searcher is published; every figure is a count or a share over an area. Enquiries are counted the way the quarterly market report counts them — once per person, listing, channel and day.
