Super Class 137 Bed Spaces Students Hostel

The construction was driven throughout by thoughtful design which was preceded by thorough
research to study how students in Nigeria live - trying to merge this with elements of student
living in designs across Europe. Maximising natural light and cross ventilation were a required
theme throughout. This meant incorporating multiple courtyards and patterned screen walls
across the premises. The design also maximised the internal area of each room. This is to ensure
that all the daily rest, study, stay necessities of each resident is catered for. This culminates in
a unique bed design that encompasses a desk, storage, wardrobe and a bed. In trying to ensure
the comfort of the residents, ancillary paid services have also been incorporated in purpose
built spaces and sub-let to third party vendors. The design theme focussed on community,
growth and value for its residents. As such amenities include:

QUALITY OF EXECUTION
The quality of finish exceeds that of its contemporaries. The convenience in design has enabled
convenience in habitability and therefore lends itself to ease in maintenance. The building was
designed and built using a number of high standard subcontractors and bringing to bear its
high-quality standards and attention to detail.
BRAND
The brand was created to be a leader in providing purposefully built
accommodation and experiences for students and youth in Nigeria; to empower them, foster
their communities and give them space to explore their full potential in preparing for life's next
phases. The conceptualisation of the name, its logo, its branding and its meaning took
considerable thought. The brand is energetic, boundless and edgy. The brand
identity, its marketing, its relationship with the rooms and its added services has contributed to
the property being an aspirational location for students in the vicinity. This intellectual property
can be harnessed to grow further in current location and expand across additional locations.
OPERATION
The asset is managed by a team of resident wardens and operational managers that oversee the
daily running of the facility from amenities and services rendered, to cleanliness of areas and
security of residents and their properties through additional staff that report into them.

OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
The asset is owned through a registered SPV with shareholders holding shares that are
transferable.
