Omow Filling Station Storage Capacity, Lease Terms and Facilities Phase 1 Filling Station Storage Capacity - 4 underground storage tanks, each with a capacity of 45,000 litres. - Tank configuration: - 2 Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) tanks - 2 Automotive Gas Oil (AGO/Diesel) tanks Dispensing Facilities - 4 PMS dispensing pumps - 2 Diesel dispensing pumps Lease Terms - Annual Lease Fee: ₦15,000,000 per annum. - Lease Duration: Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years. - The lessee shall pay a refundable security and damage deposit in addition to the annual lease fee. - The security deposit will be refunded upon expiration of the lease, provided: - The station is returned in good condition. - There are no outstanding utility bills, government levies, taxes, or other liabilities. - Where there are outstanding obligations or damages, the owner shall deduct the applicable amount from the security deposit and refund the balance to the lessee. - The 5% agency commission shall be paid by the lessee directly to the appointed marketing agent.
