PROCEDURES
1. Leassor's direct Mandate speak on goggle meet with Lessee's direct Mandate on cc or goggle meet.
2. In other to avoid time wasters, Leasee's AO send POF and company profile to the Lessor's AO then soft copy is sent back in return after confirmation of the POF, after then MOU is signed by both parties for commission.
3. Lessor and Lessee meet for document signing.
4. Lawyers draft and sign agreements.
5. Verification at NNPC Abuja.
6. Lessor makes upfront payment and takes over license use.
