1. description of assets: land and buildings; all that land spanning approximately 4400 square metres and situate at ilupeju industrial estate, ilupeju, lagos, together with the 1 storey- building administrative block sitting on a 510 square meters of the land and a warehouse measuring 282 square meters, ancillary sales & service block, lpg engine room, lpg loading & filling bay, gate house/technician room and a security post within a well paved and fenced curtilage; - gas plant infrastructure: 2 (no) lpg surface storage tanks on concrete base, lpg engine plant, etc.;
2. condition of sale: all assets described in paragraph 1 above (the assets") are being offered for sale "as-is".
3. sale price: the assets are being offered for the sum of n4,560,000,000 (four billion, five hundred and sixty million naira only) (net of all applicable taxes), based on its latest valuation.
4. inspection: we will provide access to the gas plant for your team to conduct any required inspections to see the land and the condition of the gas plant upon request. copies of the documents of title to the land and available documentation and information on the other assets would be made available once we receive a signed letter of commitment in response to our offer letter and when parties sign a nondisclosure agreement (nda). 2 lpg bobtail
